How Does Caffeine Impact Mindfulness Meditation

I’m a daily coffee drinker for the past 15+ years and have been practicing mindfulness meditation for the past 4 years. I always use to wonder what would happen if I drink caffeine and sit for my meditation sessions. Will it enhance my meditation experience in any way? But to my surprise, the results were quite different, and that’s what exactly I’m going to share with you in this post today.

What’s Wrong with being a People-Pleaser? Mindfulness Guide to Stop it

Are you worried about what people think about you? You need to stop because the only person that matters to you is you yourself.

Being a people-pleaser will destroy you because you will constantly validate yourself based on other people’s opinions. Through mindfulness practice, we learn to master our own emotions and learn to stay happy in the present moment. Our self-worth is not derived from what other people say or think, but by what we think and do with our own life.

How to Experience Deep Meditation

It took me a while to reach deep stages of complete silence and stillness in my meditation sessions. In the first few years of my practice, I was experimenting with different styles and techniques. Over time I learned how to access deep states of consciousness without spending too much time and effort.
