Organic Patchouli Essential Oil
Patchouli oil is extensively used in aromatherapy and has a calming and grounding effect. East Asian people traditionally used it for treating skin-related issues as well. Pogostemon Cablin is the variety that is considered to be the best.
The calming scent of patchouli oil helps in relaxation. It is not recommended to ingest this oil orally. Also, pregnant and nursing women are not advised to use this oil. It is also not advised for children under the age of 6 and people who are under prescription medicines.
This oil should not be used in large amounts due to its sedative (sleep inducing) properties.
It can be applied topically (directly on the skin) in small amounts and preferably in dilution. Using this oil in large amounts may irritate your skin. It would be best to dilute it with coconut oil or water and apply it in all body regions except on the face. Avoid any contact with eyes and mouth.
Pink Pepper Seed Essential Oil
Pink pepper seed oil has a fruity, peppery, and floral aroma. It acts as a stimulant and enhances alertness and stamina. It increases blood circulation in the body and gives a warm feeling. It is also used in aromatherapy for treating sore muscles.

You can create an aromatic blend by buying a diffuser and pouring a few drops in it, along with Cedar and Neroli oils. You can also put a few drops in the streamer and inhale the vapors. Also, you can perform direct palm inhalations.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Neroli Essential Oil

It can be used as a blend in combination with other oils such as ylang ylang, sandalwood, rose, lavender, lemon, jasmine, and many more. Avoid using this oil in undiluted form and in large quantities. Also avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes and lips. You can also put a few drops in bathing water.
Lavender Essential Oil

Lemon oil is used in Ayurveda to treat a wide variety of health problems. It is well known for cleaning toxins from the body. Unlike other oils, the scent of lemon oil is quite well known, and most people find it very soothing and refreshing.
It can be directly applied to skin. It can also be used as a face wash by combing 3 to 4 drops of lemon oil with a pinch of backing soda and honey. Relieves constipation when consumed early morning with lukewarm water (just put 2 to 3 drops).
If you have sensitive skin, you can dilute it with a carrier oil like coconut. Also, avoid exposure to sunlight for a few hours after applying this oil to the skin.
Rose Essential Oil

It is not recommended to take this oil in a high dosage. It can also be used in a blend with carrier oils such as clove and jasmine oil. Avoid direct contact with sensitive areas such as eyes and mucus membranes.
Sandalwood Essential Oil

It can be applied directly to the skin by mixing it with carrier oils like almond, coconut, or lavender. Since lavender oil also stimulates the third eye chakra, you mix it with sandalwood oil and create a blend and apply it on your forehead for maximum benefit.
White Lotus Essential Oil
